Jointhe Atelier team

A French-Italian restaurant and lounge bar in Pontorson, ten minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, the Atelier is a family-run house: a small team, homemade cooking, a dining room run in two sections and a bar with its own menu. We welcome applications all year round, for the season or for permanent positions, in the dining room, at the bar and in the kitchen.

Dining room and bar

Waiter or waitress, chef de rang, runner, bartender. Welcoming guests, taking orders, advising on the menu and wines, serving the lounge bar. English is a plus, a smile is a must.

Kitchen

Cook, commis, cold station, pasta and oven-baked pinsas. Fresh produce, homemade pasta and desserts, a menu that changes with the seasons.

Season, extras and apprenticeships

Summer reinforcements from May to September, extras for groups and events, apprenticeships and internships in the dining room and the kitchen, with the region's schools.
